1. General Information All orders are subject to production custom made. When you place the order we will notify you how much time is set up for production.
2. Delivery Locations Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in all European Union countries. If your location is outside our current delivery range, please contact us at furniture@cubin.eu for special arrangements.
3. Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed before finalizing your order.
5. Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at furniture@cubin.eu. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to help with claims to the shipping provider.
